Back in beginning of April, when the suites were back in the sna pool, i selected the 3 suites (malia, Kai, ohana) for Sna request on my 6/11-6/16 trip. All three suites have been available for booking during these dates but the Sna has not cleared. Think I’m out of luck? Does Marriott team approve these or the Sheraton? Thanks
The system clears the SNAs even though some properties have been known to override them after SNA was approved.

There are lots of examples in the SNA thread of SNAs clearing even though no suites are showing available on the website. Similarly, lots of examples of SNAs not clearing even though suites are showing as available on website.
