All rooms should have Rocean water dispensers. But I believe the Conrad brand is moving away from the former toiletry offerings in favor of full-size dispensers of Byredo products. Can't say whether this property has made the transition yet.
All the rooms I have stayed in have had the water dispensers. Just completed a two night stay today.
Individual shampoos and conditioners are gone. Large pump bottles of the Byredo stuff are on the bath/shower shelf.
All items on the breakfast menu posted above are now $1 to $2 higher. And if my memory serves, the pastries in the continental are pretty tiny compared to ~9 months ago. If it's just one of you in the room and you get 2x$25 = $50 per night you're in good shape. Otherwise, with tax and tip you'll be shelling out for even the continental option.
