Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a King Executive, received a suite but had to pay an extra $25 a night and taxes

How are the rooms?
Nice spacious room - location of the hotel means it is very dark. There was absolutely nothing in the room, could not even get wine glasses was told hotel policy was not to place any items in the room.

How is the exec. lounge?
There is no club lounge

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Very expensive four night stay for a room that was no better than a Holiday Inn in terms of facilities. Paid a bed and breakfast rate would never return to this run down property

What was good and what was bad?

Honestly struggling to find anything good! OK I will say good location

Bad

No housekeeping even on a four night stay. No recognition at all for Platinum Ambassador - eventually managed to get two bottles of water but nothing else. Breakfast was included in our rate, it was the worst breakfast ever I get far better in HIEX. Very rude gentleman on reception. Gave up trying to get benefits
