Azerai is by Adrian ZECHA of AMANs - the founder & visionary owner of yore ( unlike the current ) , developed Azerai .. remember the AMANs fiasco leading to present city nightmares - soon Beverly Hills too
When I did a trip to Vietnam in 2015 there was a hotel in Hue which belonged to Accor, M Gallery La Residence. The rooms layout looks quite similiar and when I now did a research it seems to be the building, re-branded (and re-modeled) as an Azerai.
