The UA WiFi pages say “every domestic flight operated by United is now equipped with WiFi”.. but I wonder could some flights still be unserved or are they so nimble they can indicate when it’s broken for an upcoming actual plane?
They aren't even capable of telling passengers before a flight that WiFi is broken even when they know it's broken. At that pint the only thing you can do is complain and request a refund.
