Marriott Bonvoy Lurker to get their attention, though this is more of a system issue, It's built by design to not credit prepaid third party stays, so I'm not holding my breath for points credit from a recent stay.
For the people who don't think that FHR nights are supposed to be credited, feel free not to contest if you don't receive anything.
For the people who do think that FHR nights are supposed to be credited, call in to customer service and keep trying until you find someone familiar with FHR. A supervisor explained to me that the systems don't connect properly with certain properties hence issues arise but that FHR stays are an eligible rate per Marriott's agreement with AMEX and that he would fix my issue manually. My stay posted today.
