Thanks Oliver, that does make sense. I had the inkling that this is could be POS issue, as I automatically get routed to the PH contact center when calling the SIN number during day time. SQ KF can have similar issue, but not as "bad" as I experienced with this M&M booking.

Well, EN aside I managed to get SQ for the long haul to / from Germany (no YQ) so it wasn't all bad.
