It would be interesting to know if anyone is actually getting them credited without resorting to having to chase? I realise the nature of the thing is they are not likely to post on a thread like this in big numbers compared to those who are experiencing issues!

I assume there is some kind of internal process, no doubt manual, where BAH confirm the eligibility to BAEC, who then credit the TPs and adjust status etc?
