Have an issue here as currently Bronze but a recent BAH trip to Barbados would get me to silver when the double TB were added.
Mc collection year ended yesterda meaning I reset back to 0 TP's and still be bronze as there is no chance a May holiday will see the double TP's appear anytime soon. I have tried putting in the missing TP into the BA site but when I put in the 125 number it says error and if I do it 3 times it will lock me out for 24 hours. If you try calling BA bronze then it just tells you they are too busy on voice messages.
Whats my options here as I feel if I wait a few months until the TP's are allocated then I will still be bronze and I have some work related flights coming up that I could do with lounge access for.
