Hi

the pre arrival email came in at 0345 today ( day prior to arrival)

When clicking on any of the areas ie special requests a box appears and says that special requests cannot be guaranteed less than 48 hours prior to arrival but to phone and they will do their best ( I do not need any thing but just emailed back with my eta tomorrow)

just a few hours to check in and have not received an acknowledgement of my email ( not a big deal but conrad dubai did respond quickly)
