Just a heads up to use caution when transferring your Travel Bank now that WestJet has reverted back to its 12-month expiry rules.

I had Travel Bank that was expiring in May 2024, and when I transferred them to my P2's account, they assigned a new expiry date of Jun 2023. All attempts to ask them to re-instate the old expiry have so far proved futile. Normally wouldn't be that big of a deal, but unfortunately I have a sizeable amount of credit with them.

It sounds like there was no policy written to address this scenario when the updated rules came out, so all the agents I've talked to at all different levels are going full deer-in-headlights mode, and don't really know what to do/say.
