Just completed a stay at the Capella Hanoi this weekend. The hotel is just wow.
As a GHA Titanium - we were upgraded two categories to a Premium Suite with a balcony overlooking the rooftops of Hanoi. The attention to detail to the furnishings, the curated Spotify playlist and even the staff uniform is just breathtaking. The service - front desk and the bar is impeccable. It was also a treat to start the day with champagne served with the extensive a la carte selections.
The hotel is just across the road from the Metropole - why not stay in both places?
We are staying for 3 days in Hanoi so went ahead and moved us to Capella. Appreciated the tip about BT. So for platinum status as well. We are booked into the premium suite so hoping fo get an upgrade over it. Either way, excited!
