Headed to Mayakoba towards for a weeklong trip over July 4 week. Are there any places we should be booking reservations for *before* arrival?

I'm assuming we will need them for places like Casa Amate (Brunch & Dinner) -- and maybe Sotavento (?). But everything else seems mostly walk-in?

Also -- are there recommendations for other must-try restaurants/activities at the other Mayakoba hotels we should be lining up?
