Agreed. Far more people are affected by this than PNR's needing to be combined, which will never happen anyway. Northwest, in the old days and of course, simplier times, you could do upgrades online. Back in 2008 when they switched to Delta's system, they promised we would be able to do it "soon" in Delta's res sys. Now 14 years later, we are still waiting.
