My stay a few weeks ago was very nice (and much better than the Ritz Carlton Hotel Arts two days later).

Got upgraded from my Club room to a suite - which was very stylish but unfortunately facing the front road. There was a traffic light in front of the room (I was on the 4th floor) and traffic, mostly scooters, was very loud Saturday night until about 2 am. Fortunately it was much more quiet on Sunday night...

The suite itself was a bit dark because of the trees in front of the windows and had a balcony, which was unusable. Totally uncomfortable, dark and loud, traffic fumes and not even a single chair on it.
Loved the Byredo toiletries in the large containers.

Did not use the Spa as it only opened at 12 noon and closed again at 8 pm.

But was at the rooftop pool in the late afternoons, which has a really cool vibe and a great view over the city - but you have to be lucky to get a sun lounger as there are only about ten of them.

The lounge was ok I would say. On Saturday it was quite busy with a lot of guests starting their cruises on Sunday and the culinary offerings were very scarce - for afternoon tea and dinner. Only cookies and nuts at afternoon tea for me. Do not know what else was on offer as I did not manage to get anything before it was gone. Same in the evening. They really were understaffed and had problems to replenish the food. Used my my Ambassador 15 Euro credit and ordered a Burger to the Club Lounge, which was quite expensive at around 30 Euros but very good, as I was hungry.

On Sunday it was very quiet and they had some sorts of cakes and sandwiches and tapas for afternoon tea and sandwiches, tapas and two hot dishes (do not remember what they had) in the evening. Had enough to eat that day ;-)

Concerning drinks, they have all the alcohol out all day: Champagne (Veuve Cliquot), Cava, three red and three white wines, spirits, beers... So if you want to get drunk in style the whole day, this is the place for you

Great staff in the lounge, which was really fun talking to!
