Still, I was on the contrary quite impressed by the club lounge at Crowne Plaza time (Moët champagne all day long, nice hot and cold tapas, drinks).
Could a Diamond expect a Club upgrade at the CP? I'm Plat atm but should be Diamond within a couple of months (thanks to the Challenge)
