I know the holiday must qualify for double TP because we got the VIP Experience offer included (Lounge access and Fastrack). It has the very same T&Cs about booking flight and hotel/car in one transaction.

No idea if they picked it up after my email yesterday or my complaint, or earlier emails.
Made it to Silver. Got 540 TPs with another 180 extra points owed for my more recent holiday.
That would take me to 720. 405 to find before 8th October to reach Gold.
A visit to Catania Sicily in CW + car hire could get another 320,
Or don't chase the missing 180 and hope they are credited after 8th October to give me a boost to retain Silver next year, Got a 190 point rtn flight booked for April.
