Talked to Avis about this and they said as PC if I book Full size I'll get a premium. I won't get an upgrade to SUV.

Avis also said if I picked up a car and don't like it I can always go to another Avis location to swap it. Personally I wouldn't do it for $50. For my upcoming rental I save over CAD 1100 by going offsite.
