I noticed that fan noise last week on the AA 77W in the mini cabin - never noticed it before but it was extremely loud last week throughout the entire flight. Agree with all other comments generally although overall the BA CS is better for sleeping I find the AA seat a bit harder and seem to notice the join in the middle more.
