My elite night credit and points were missing from a recent stay booked through AMEX FHR, I called customer support and they asked me to email my folio. After emailing my folio, Marriott customer support replied that the AMEX FHR rate is not eligible for elite nights and points. I'm going to contest this of course but it's such a waste of time and it's things like this that make me want to leave Marriott.
Such frustrating incompetence.
