I placed my Byte order back on 4/12. Nothing posted and submitted a claim at the 15 day mark. I got this reply on 5/17:
"We are going to investigate with the merchant to find out why the order was not credited and attempt to obtain commission for it in order to pass it back to you. Therefore, I am sending this order to be investigated immediately. Because a third party (Byte) will now be involved, we ask that you please allow 4-8 weeks for a definite resolution. However, we hope to have this issue resolved much sooner than that.
A representative will follow up with you periodically to let you know the status of your case."
Figure I will follow back up at the 4 week mark to get an update.
