Back in February 2021 I bought an Emirates flight (simple cash flight).
In June 2021 Alaska Airlines partnership ended, but I figured that is fine because per their announcement any flights booked before the announcement I will get the routing credit.
In August 2021 there was massive schedule changes which caused a flight cancellation and ticket reissue with a brand new ticket number (so technically my ticket number was now booked after the emirates announcement), even though the reservation number was before the partnership ended.
In November 2021 I flew the Emirates flight.

Today after 8 months I finally received the Alaska miles for the emirates flight as a customer-service special gesture entry, and getting these involved sending boarding passes, getting denied by alaska customer service a few times, with each time I ask them politely that the original booking was before the partnership ended.
