My byte order did track and I got my credit normally. For the times when my orders don't track, I'm about 10/11 on getting a positive outcome after submitting a ticket but it often takes a long time (2 months) to reach a resolution. Small orders are credited in days while larger orders will require a response from the merchant, which could take 8 weeks. I would hear nothing from their customer service then right around the 8 week mark I will get the credit.
Do you remember when it tracked (that is, showed a purchase in store visit history) Was it right after purchase, after shipping, or after delivery? My purchase was made Friday, it shipped Monday, and is supposed to be delivered tomorrow (Wednesday). The entry in store visit history still doesn't show a purchase.
