Thanks -- I didn't actually realize this existed, but I figured it was an open and shut case since they clearly did not get me to any of my destinations (booked as a multi-city and Seattle was not one of them).

Forgot to mention -- AFAIK I get to keep my miles from JFK-SEA-SAN-JFK, along with 2500 miles I got as a goodwill gesture from the service desk.
