I will preface this with I have never been in a situation that necessitated requesting ORC, so perhaps I am missing something here..
While it is unfortunate to have missed the connection in SEA, it sounds like AS refunded you for what you didn’t fly which is what I imagine what is due. Asking for a full refund with a threat of a chargeback seems over the top.
While it is great when customer service does go above and beyond to accommodate requests, I don’t think pax should expect or demand things for which they aren’t entitled.
Is there a link to the ORC T&Cs which you could have used to support your request? Future pax could benefit from this.
