I too enjoyed my stay although I think it's aimed at a hipper crowd. The staff were friendly from the moment I arrived until I left, proactively upgrading me to a one room suite, two days before arrival.
Breakfast was fine - just ordered what I wanted and everything, including Tip was taken off by check-out.
Slept well - it's well insulated.
Hotel was full the night I stayed which I think says something about how the area is taking off as a place to visit.
