SQ canceled a flight in mid-Dec 2021 and I requested a refund at that time. The payment for the booking was using Net Banking from a Bank account in India. No progress until Feb when a Refund Notice was issued based on my Inquiry. Money has still not been received in the Bank account. SQ says that refund was issued to BillDesk, which seems to be an Intermediate payment gateway for Net Banking Payments from India. I filed a case with BillDesk. They couldn't find any refund, contacted SQ and mentioned that SQ wanted me to call them directly. I keep calling them every week and have never reached a knowledgeable agent. The agent invariably has to put me on hold, talk to someone else and come back after 20 - 30 mins. And the last few calls have also been dropped by them after an hour (or two) wait !! Very frustrating..

Has anyone had successful refunds for Net Banking payments from India ? Any experience with getting it via BillDesk ?
