I bloody hate those things. I once got one from OS and it did not work and of course when I tried to phone for help no one was able to- bloody scam. They've been around a while as I also got one from BA many years ago as a young man after being downgraded from PE to Y on a BKK to LHR flight, but I managed to lose it before trying it out. So that's £75 that BA still have that they owe me
