I much prefer the Andaz or Thompson over the PHNY from a value perspective. The quality of the bed at the Andaz can't be overstated.

I was able to upgrade the room to a King Suite so hopefully it works out great. I was assured the construction was only on the condos in the highest floors.

We chose prime location over everything and hopefully it works out great.
