Same issue for me, multiple times earlier this year with partner airlines. Either says flights already credited or not on passenger list. Both of which are nonsense of course. Submit a written request through the contact form that Oliver2002 shared two posts above. Attached your boarding passes as reference. Say that they should easily see from your mileage credit history that your flights haven't been credited yet ... and then wait. Took me c. 2 months to have two flights like this credited. Another two are still pending for more than two months now. Think I even sent them another complaint about the long waiting time. Maybe do the same. I take up the perspective that more complaints do more.
