I love the location, but after a couple of years of limited travel for my wife I want to make sure she's some place special.

I was not able to upgrade to a suite with points as I had hoped. I'm not a Globalist so am unsure if the breakfast and upgrade upon arrival perks will be made available.
don‘t know about the renovations… but if you are not a Globalist, then free breakfast is not a perk, upgrade to best room excluding suites generally is a perk for non-Globs.
