Got allocated middle seats on both flights, changing them came with a 14€ (MUC-IST) / 15€ (IST-IKA) fee.
It seems they are quietly turning into a budget airline, and subjecting previously purchased tickets and unsuspecting customers to budget airline traps...
And if they aren't governed by any kind of reliable bodies of standards, then their customers will probably have zero protection, especially considering their customer services are adept at playing dumb on or side-stepping clear matters of complaint (e.g. changing the rules after ticket purchase, lack of visibility, etc)...
Can't treat them like a normal international airline any more, I have no doubt there'll be more customer anguish ahead...
