Isn't it the case at all Hyatts? Are there Hyatts where that isn't the case? The ones that have extended free breakfast in my experience have been:

Hyatt Carlton Tower in London (I know, no longer a Hyatt hotel),
Hyatt Regency Paris Madeleine,
Century Hyatt in Tokyo,
Grand Hyatt Taipei,
Grand Hyatt Hong Kong,
Hyatt Regency Melbourne,
Hyatt Regency Denver (forget which one, may have been Tech),
Hyatt Harborside Boston.
