A question EbayJ?
How did you find the A330 biz on NW as opposed to the DC10? Does the much trumpeted 176 "Flat" bed work or is the cradle position best? I am supposed to be trying it out late Dec on the DTW route but if it is anything like CO's much vaunted childrens slide effort, then I fear it make me a rope and tackle job to stop me sliding off and heading into the cockpit.
As regards levels of service, I like NW International Biz, especially the LGW-MSP service. Comfortable rather than spectacular. Always very friendly staff who greet regulars with a warm smaile and a cold drink.
