I kind of agree with you, in some respects. But, at the same time she can't really control the fact that she has an allergy. Is it an unreasonable ask to request someone stop eating peanuts? No not really, so just stop. But there's also the argument that she's putting herself in harms way, so, a tricky one. She's probably going through a tough time so I don't think it would be unreasonable to ask that someone stop munching on a pack of peanuts for one flight. IDK about the bad parenting part, the Mom's trying to do something nice for her daughter, she warned the crew and brought an epi pen, what else is she supposed to do other then keep the girl at home all her life?
