Name incorrect in Iberia Plus
Iberia has my name incorrect. My surname is repeated twice. I am not able to transfer Avios from BA due to this. I called Iberia was was told to send a message via their website. I have done that several times along with uploading a copy of my passport showing the correct name. It's been a few weeks with no results. I called again today and was given the phone number 34-91-3894357 to call. I called and pressed 1 for English. Then there is a message in Spanish which I don't speak. After the message my call is disconnected. I am completely frustrated as the business award seats for JFK-MAD I want disappear daily.
Any suggestions on how to get this accomplished? I would drive to JFK if there is someone there that can help.
