BA don’t currently sell first on the LHR-TLV route, but they are current using a 4 class 787. As others have said, if club is oversold then you may end up in first, with club service (it happened to me on this route last Saturday as the flight was completely full). You may get lucky, or you may not. There isn’t anything that you can do to help things along. It is very unlikely to be a crew rest issue, although I defer to CIHY’s knowledge on this.
