The crew will be entitled to a 40 minute break and if they use the First cabin it’s none of your business.
I meant they shouldn't be taking a nap on a 4.5 hr flight. Sure they can rest and eat up but usually cabin crew use the galley for those short breaks not first. I've only ever seen them use business and that's on long flights. Never seen in first
