Being forced to fly through SEA really limits options because on the day in question (Aug 4) there is exactly 1 flight (BA SEA-LHR).

It seems silly that they won't allow connections to the 10(!) Joint Business daily departures from LAX and PHX.

But isn’t the routing thru SEA and LHR what you originally booked? Doesn’t the like for like switch from AA operated(canceled) to BA operated just get you back to where you were before or does the BA operated flight not allow you to connect yo your MAD flights?
