Only a Silver and flew on my birthday a few months ago. Nothing happened on the first leg (mainline) but then on the second leg (United Express, ERJ), both FAs came over, said happy birthday, gave me a (plastic) lapel pin sort of thing and said drinks are on the house since I didn't get upgraded. This came as a surprise as I didn't even think about this but will definitely try to fly on my birthday in the future
