I find that the FA's will give these things away to those that ask politely enough. I've made quite the collection of blankets and pajamas that I regularly use from AA, DL, SQ, VX. Not to mention etched glassware and a JL coffee mug. Never a headphone though.

You're doing the right thing though. They weren't given; they were taken.
