Any insight on how this works? Avis in the US exempts spouses from the additional driver fee. The terms when booking on the T&C for ES is vague and says they are "typically" charged but there's nothing about spouses. Anyone have experience if ES Avis considers spouses as an additional driver or if they are exempt? Thanks in advance.
