We waited for nearly 2 hours for our bags at LHR having flown from GLA.

One bag arrived, one didn't. I've been told to use the Baggage Portal to create a track on the lost bag. But the portal goes round in circles and I can't log into it. Anyone experienced the same? Perhaps it's overloaded.
