I have a 6.5 hour connection through YUL coming up. In normal times, I'd totally leave the airport on the 747 bus and get some poutine and a bagel.
However, these are not normal times. What is the feasibility of this in terms of:
1. Canadian customs clearance times
2. Is Canada still doing random covid tests? That seems like an extra delay.
3. Clearing security and US customs at YUL
I have US and Canadian Passports and global entry.
