I had exactly the same issue with my flights a few weeks ago when trying to request for the miles online. Since it is just some minor number of miles (< 100) I just dropped them an email. Still awaiting response - which i expect would not be that fast with the worldwide resources shortage issues of staff.
In the end, not bothered that much as I don't really collect status nor miles to the program as it was just some odd LH P-class ticket intra EU, but really weird as my travel partner's flights were credited correctly without issue.
