What should one do if MILES & MORE refuse, without reason, to credit miles?
I take four flights within three days: Brussels-Munich, Munich-Cagliari (Lufthansa), Cagliari-Zurich (Edelweiss) and Zurich-London (Swiss).
The booking (and the ticket) indicate my Miles & More 'Servicecard no. (9920 0)
The miles corresponding to the four (business class) flights are not credited.
I ask for retroactive mileage credit, which is refused : 'Your request for a retroactive mileage credit LH ***** on ****/2022 has been rejected because Flight already credited', which is simply NOT TRUE because the miles for none of those four flights have been credited to my account.
I try to complain (with paying phone calls to the Brussels call centre) and get an absurd answer (like 'catch 22'): "if they say the miles have been credited, it must be so".
Pointless to ask the operator to check the account statement and find out that the MILES ARE NOT THERE. ''Sorry, I can't help you further''.
