Hey all. I am looking for some advice on how to handle my application status for the gold card with Amex

I applied for the gold card the other evening as there was a 90K intro bonus offer I could not pass up. Upon applying it asked for some additional information such as salary, bank statements, paystubs and/or form 4506 so they can see my taxes. I wound up putting my gross salary from my last paycheck of 2021, but then after looking at my W2 it was different. Amex did not specify if they wanted AGI or just my annual salary, so I called then to adjust it to what was on my W2. The only concern I have it I made a lot of OT last year and my current paystub which I sent into AMEX is only going to show what I made so far. My base pay is decent, along with my credit and assets

I did not hear anything yet, so I checked my application status and it's a canceled state. I called AMEX and was told it's only temporary cancelled until they review the documentation. The person I spoke with checked with the approval team and was told a decision should be made within 3-5 business days. If I don't hear anything by the end of the 5th business day should I call in again and see if I can get a supervisor? It really should not take thing long in my opinion

Any advice?
