Indeed, I bought a ticket for an Elite member relative today and could verify that he is getting 0 + 20 kgs on an Ecofly ticket on Turkish Airlines.
Since he already has complimentary seat selection and baggage through status, we even saved some money by not upgrading the package to Extrafly.

This is a positive improvement for TK Elites.

Next step for TK should be to give Elites and Elite Plus's free seating on AJet flights.
