Yes, that's right. Marhaba can get pretty crowded as many airlines use it and it's also a Priority Pass lounge.
IMO both Qantas and BA lounges were nice pre-covid (especially Qantas F lounge but I am not sure if it is already re-opened), so I think they are worth trying if open.
