I went to fill out the claim through my CC and they ask for a copy of my claim with the airline. As far as I know Lufthansa doesn’t have a formal claim process just an email address to submit to. I just attached a screenshot of my email. Think that would do the trick for my CC?
CC companies & insurance know it’s LH responsibility, therefore expect them to wait until or if you get a refusal before they will pay out, otherwise it can become a mess, they pay you & then LH does & you would need to refund the CC or your insurer
LH just have the online form
